Join us at the 16th annual Dickinson Noon Lions’ Make-A-Wish Benefit! Mark your calendars for March 18th and be a part of making the wishes of children come true.

This family-friendly event will include dinner, inflatable games, horse drawn wagon rides, live and silent auctions, raffles, and Star Wars characters. Guests of honor include many area wish children.

Karl Dha’Werda, Kritika Dha’Werda, and Tiric Keel represented the Mandalorian Mercs at this event.

We were invited by Kelly Braun (a member of the Make-A-Wish team in Dickinson, ND).  He first met us on Halloween 2016 when we came out to go trick or treating with Make-A-Wish child JJ.  JJ’s wish was to meet Kylo Ren at Disney World, but he got a whole lot more than was expected.

Months later at the Dickinson Benefit dinner for a Make-A-Wish fundraiser; JJ became an honorary member of both the Wampa Hunter Squad of the 501st Legion and the Oyu’baat Clan of the Mandalorian Mercs.

His face lit up when we told him he was one of us now.

The event had professional photos taken by Tim Frenz Fotography.  Tim was one the Stormtrooper at our Halloween night with JJ.  Below JJ posed with both Tiric Keel with his Z-6 rotary cannon and Darth Revan (Blue Mando Ragoth Uhbis).

We even got some pictures with Miss Teen Fargo, Miss Teen North Dakota, and Miss West Fargo.

Rel’yks Keel (Tiric’s son) was our awesome help at the table for Blast-A-Trooper.

Sharpshooters came from all over to shoot a Nerf gun at bounty hunters and Stormtroopers.  I personally got pegged several times in the next.  There was a donation jar for those that wanted to donate.  Funds went to the Make-A-Wish foundation.

Overall an awesome event and a lot of fun.
